HOPE 2 KOGI (Part 2) – MLHARI’s Baking Class at Federal University Lokoja, Kogi state:

To the Glory of GOD, two of our Great Institution’s Professional Caterers, Officers Ifeoma and Kingdom Son gave their very best to the amazing students who sat in utmost enthusiasm for the baking class covering cake and custard powder. Due to time constraint, the chin chin class didn’t hold.

Few minutes into this wonderful training, Custard Powder was ready being the first craft to be thought and a test custard was prepared. The students couldn’t hold their excitements which was proven by a shout of happiness as one of their colleagues was invited to do a live test.

After this, the class switched to making pancakes which turned out to be some of the best I have ever seen. We give GOD thanks for giving us this rare privilege of being a part of something so special and we vow (by His grace) to remain tirelessly committed to this noble cause.
