TEACHING SERIES: Agents of Hope to the World (Part Two).
READING:
“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” -Matthew 5:13-16.
EXCERPTS FROM PREVIOUS ASSEMBLY (06.08.2023):
*We are not only carriers and givers of hope; we are Hope personified; we are the last hope of a dying world.
*This is an immense responsibility and we must remain committed to it even with our dying breath.
*Those who stand for nothing will fall for anything, and that fall will be great.
*If our generation (the last hope) fails, then all hope is lost; we simply cannot fail!
*Everyday is a gift that we must take advantage of to make a huge difference in our world.
TODAY’S MESSAGE:
*In a world filled with uncertainties, every individual has something to offer.
*There are many things to do and diverse opportunities that exist.
*The worst we can do is nothing.
*We must be increasingly committed to contributing our quota to humanity, for this is the true essence of life.
*There’s something we carry. The world must feel our impact. Humanity must recognize our presence.
*We cannot hold back. We cannot give up.
*We must remain committed as we stand tall, exploring all avenues at our disposal to dispense the life of Christ.
*A hopeless world awaits, and as agents of hope, we are the last hope. We simply cannot fail.
*Who and what shall separate us from this noble cause?
*Indeed, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?” -Romans 8:35.
*You have a place here. Again, you have something to offer. The world needs us now more than ever!
*And as the Lord lives, we shall change the status quo; we shall rewrite the story; we shall (without fail) create a better, hopeful, and more prosperous world for generations unborn.
*My friends, we are on a mission of hope to the world.
